TINIES

Age: 3-7yrs
When: Mondays 4:30-5:30pm
Coach: Emily

Our competitive Tinies classes are for everyone aged from three to seven years.  Students learn four different routines throughout the year and perform them at one comp and the end of year concert.  

 

Tinies classes focus on learning through play and teach the basics of calisthenics such as coordination, musicality, and rhythm.  Students use a variety of apparatus including hula hoops, ribbons, and skirts.

Age: 8-10yrs
When: Mondays 4:30-6:30pm
Coaches: Gem & Jacci

Our competitive Subbies classes are for everyone aged eight to ten.  Students learn six different routines and perform them at 2-3 Victorian competitions throughout the year as well as our end of year concert.  

​

Subbies classes continue to focus on the basics of calisthenics and learning through play, however begin to introduce apparatus manipulation and gymnastics elements.  Students are taught movements such as cartwheels, handstands, bridges and more.

juniorS

Age: 11-13yrs
When: Wednesday 5:30-8:00

Coaches: Lucinda, Bilee & Sophie

Our competitive Juniors classes are for everyone aged eleven to thirteen.  Students learn six different routines and perform them at 2-3 Victorian competitions throughout the year as well as our end of year concert.

Juniors classes further expand on apparatus manipulation and begin to explore more complex moves in all routines.  Students are taught gymnastics and ballet movements such as leaps and walkovers, as well as strength and conditioning skills to support these moves.

Age: 14-16yrs
When: Tuesdays 5:30-8:30pm

Our competitive Inters classes are for girls aged fourteen to sixteen.  Students learn six different routines and perform them at 4-5 Victorian competitions throughout the year as well as our end of year concert.

Inters classes explore complex movements and apparatus manipulation and encourage students to strive for peak performance.  Strength and conditioning skills are further developed to support difficult movements.

Age: 17yrs+
When: Mondays 6:00-9:00pm

Our competitive Seniors classes are for girls aged seventeen years and over.  Students learn six different routines and perform them at 4-5 Victorian competitions throughout the year as well as our end of year concert.

Seniors classes explore mastery of complex movements and apparatus manipulation in all routines and encourage students to reach peak performance.  Strength and conditioning skills are continued to be developed to support difficult movements.

Age: 26yrs+
When: Thursdays 7:00-9:00pm
Coach: Jordan & Bec

Our Masters classes are for women aged 26 and over who want to be social, keep fit, and perform on stage.  Students learn six different routines and perform them at two Victorian competitions throughout the year as well as our end of year concert.

Masters classes are designed for those who aren't yet ready to give up calisthenics, or who have never before tried it.  Absolutely no experience is necessary, and students are taught confidence in completing a variety of movements and apparatus manipulation
